Soviet Navigator Wristwatch Molniya "Shturmanskie"

Vintage Soviet Molniya "Shturmanskie" navigator wristwatch manufactured by the Molniya Watch Factory. Molniya, meaning “lightning” in English, was a well-known watch manufacturer and a major supplier to the USSR Department of Defense. Specialized clocks were also produced for use in tanks, aircraft, submarines, and spacecraft. Dimensions: 45 mm (1.77 in) in diameter and 11 mm (0.43 in) thick. The movement features 18 ruby jewels. The watch has been tested and professionally adjusted by a watchmaker.
