Soyuz MS-09 is a Russian manned transport spacecraft launched on June 6, 2018 from the Baikonur cosmodrome. On June 8, after a two-day rendezvous scheme, the spacecraft docked to the International Space Station, members of the ISS-56/57 Expedition boarded the ISS. On August 30, 2018, a drop in air pressure inside the ISS was recorded. A drilled hole was found in the utility compartment of the Soyuz MS-09, which was soon sealed. The incident did not prevent the crew from successfully returning to Earth on December 20, 2018. As of April 2019, the investigation of the incident is ongoing.
