Original Soviet Vostok Pope John Paul II Mechanical Wristwatch With Documents

Rare Soviet Vostok “Pope John Paul II” mechanical wristwatch in NOS condition, produced by the Chistopol Watch Factory in the USSR.

The dial depicts Pope John Paul II and features Roman numeral hour markers, black Breguet-style hands, and a light-colored background. The watch is powered by a 17-jewel 2409 mechanical movement with a shock-resistant balance.

The case has a titanium nitride coating, a chrome-plated Rolex-style bezel, and a stainless steel case back marked “1991.”

Case dimensions are approximately 45 × 42 mm (1.77 × 1.65 in), including the crown. The strap lug width is 18 mm (0.71 in).

Included with the watch are the strap, original factory box, and passport/documents.
