Felix Dzerzhinsky (1877-1926), leader of the revolutionary movement and the Soviet state, one of the founders of the Soviet security and intelligence agencies. Since March 1919 also headed the NKVD RSFSR from August of the same year - Special Section of the Cheka - the military counterintelligence, and since November 1920 and Border Protection Service. Since October 1919 the chairman of the Military Council of paramilitary security forces (VOHR), from November 1920 - VNUS troops (internal service).
